ABOUT ME

Hi there I’m Janine from Germany and a freelance designer. I’m a passionate surfer and traveler, I already worked and lived in Australia, New Zealand and Spain before I recently settled in Portugal (obviously close to the ocean), after 5 years of digital nomad life.

In my professional career of more than 15 years I have had different assignments as Art Director, Creative Consultant, UX/UI Designer, Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Videographer, and Picture Editor for magazines.

I worked for and with brands such as Condé Nast, RunningPoint, Webraketen, bvik, Bike24, Truma, Isartal Health Media, Klar Seifen, smuuv Kommunikation and Serviceplan.

With my Brand Studio I have now developed an international client base, that shares my most important values: sustainability & purpose!

To walk the talk of my values, I regularly do pro bono work to support non-profit organisations, such as Groundswell Surf Therapy, NOMB Surf and Waves of Grief in branding and other design requests.

My work is as unique as I am, my passion for the ocean and nature can be found in everything I create!
