I always start with a Zoom call so we can get to know each other. We talk about your status quo, your problems and how I can help you. After the call, I email you an individual questionnaire. This will include questions about your mission, vision and values. After this initial step, we work together to establish the goals for the project.

At the end of the first stage 01 I send you a quote with an estimate of the cost based on the goals we have established.

When the first stage is complete and I have order confirmation, I can start.

The second stage 02 begins with the design process. I start by doing extensive research into your brand (your target group, competitors, etc.). I sketch initial ideas and design some drafts. Because it's your branding you will be involved with this from the very beginning. This means showing you my ideas and sketches while they are still raw so we can discuss them. Not only this but I’ll show you a few different approaches for your branding.

We will have a Zoom call in which I show you my first sketches. We will work together on the strategy (Mission, Vision, Values, …). And we will define which direction to go in with the branding. I will show you different font styles, a colour variation, and a moodboard. Then you choose one design approach and we set up the next steps so I know what my to-dos are and you know what to expect.

Now I get to work designing your branding based on the drafts we have decided on. During this stage I narrow down a font selection, establish a colour palette, and create a moodboard.

Now the branding I am creating begins to fit perfectly with your brand’s unique tone. Here I’m developing your brand’s look, images, icons, and patterns specifically based on your product and the brand strategy we initially established.

In this call you will see your new branding for the first time. This is a very exciting moment. Together we decide on a font, colour and imagery. Some details are not perfect but we discuss all of this and define the next steps.

Now I can create your final artwork and put everything together in your brand guide. This is your go-to tool for the future. Whenever you have design questions you can turn to the brand guide for answers. As soon as it's ready I share this asset with you.
